What is a Skin Rash?

Most skin conditions will result in a visible rash on the skin.

The Dermatologist will ask questions about the rash, new and existing medications, and about your general health as well as perform investigations (tests) such as swabs, scrapings, biopsies and blood tests to determine the cause of the rash and to direct the most appropriate treatment.
