Telehealth and Video Consultations

Our telehealth service has expanded and we are now using Coviu for video consultations.
This service is encrypted and has approved for healthcare use by the Australian Defence Force. There is no app to download and the consultation is not saved or recorded.

Telehealth increases access for our patients who are limited by distance, general health, quarantine or other restrictions. Telehealth does not allow for close examination and there are conditions in which a face-to-face consultation will be preferred or required.

Conditions we see via Telehealth:
  • Acne
  • Rosacea
  • Eczema
  • Psoriasis
  • Review of patients previously seen via Face-to-Face consultation
  • Consultation of patients in conjunction with another healthcare provider (eg with a GP present)
Conditions we do not see via Telehealth:
  • Skin cancer checks/ suspicious moles
  • Hair/scalp conditions
  • Genital conditions
